Anyone eligible for COBRA through any company has two months to request it. The premiums (entire cost of health insurance paid by employer and employee plus perhaps 10% more) probably has to be paid for each month from the date insurance ended onward. Some companies pay this for retirees, which I'm assuming no one here would be.
