THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! Why should this be any different. What MM told me before I was hired, never even came close to what they said and I lasted six months and couldn't believe the abuse I took and the horrible work as well.

Even if MTs are getting ready to retire, they probably would like to continue on to make some extra money. It isn't that they don't care, they are so beat down, they can't take it any more. Try doing this for 35+ years and at one time having a very good job; how do you think you would feel about it now?
