We were told over and over again that it takes a long time for voice rec to "learn" the accounts. We were told it could take a while for the voice rec to be accurate, but not to worry because we'd soon be making the same money.

Of course, they'd switch our accounts and we'd have to hear that all over again on the new accounts. It was just a circle of BS constantly.

We were also told we would never have to use templates and normals on voice rec accounts, that it would take a while for the accounts to get used to "not using normals."

Of course, things we were told by various managers were just things they spouted off the tops of their heads so they didn't have to really tell us our pay was being cut 50%, and that it'd probably never reach the level of pay that we made straight typing on some of the same accounts.

Why did I stick around? If I want to continue working at home, the only option we have is voice rec now. It was all very carefully calculated and we were all lied to from the very beginning.

We've never had anyone to stand up to what has happened in this industry with the pay cuts from voice rec. No one has ever said anything about all of us "training" the voice rec engine with no compensation, no notice. Our accounts we were normally accustomed to doing were suddenly in voice rec and our pay was cut 50%.

This was all thrown on us, as most of us know.
