Yes, that is exactly what it is. That is why after the first few weeks the dictations get smaller and smaller. You are training the computer and then the physician gets the format and the work shrinks. In the end you get mostly just dictators who cant talk, ESL, etc. because the computer can't ever understand them well enough. That is also why when a client first starts, you have to manually type everything. Also, at the beginning they way overhire and then when the templates and training the VR are done, there is too little work and too many MLS.
