I think it is getting slower than usual, especially the uploads and downloads, and for sure the DocuCheck is ridiculously slow. I don't know if this is the best they can do with this platform and are okay with it running so slow or if it's just been running for too long without a good tuneup/overhaul. They keep adding onto it which I think is bogging down the whole system even more...too many slow-moving parts...
