They don't seem, from what I have heard, to give a damn about anything, including the fact that their QA reps are using nitpicking as a means of harassment. Some of the systems errors discussed on this site are very critical errors, yet the hold their transcriptionists responsible for fixing their crappy system mistakes, which definitely does not enhance anyone's pay.
