Yeah, heard that the system does not "correct" as they claim. That is a big part of the problem. Their transcriptionists have to correct countless system errors on every report, but get dinged by QA for every little error they make while editing all the system errors, poor audio, ignorant foreign parasites who can barely speak any English, etc.
