I am still here at Nuance, unfortunately, and only getting 5-10 hours of work a week, and I am supposed to be full time! The only reason I am hanging in there is hoping to get laid off so I can try to get the TAA benefits where they help you pay for school. Has anyone gotten these benefits and is it worth it for me to hang in there hoping for a layoff at some point? I know I can get partial UE (haven't done it yet because I don't want to look for another job at this point), but I believe we have to have been laid off to get TAA. Just wondering if it is worth waiting for, hard to be approved for, etc. Thanks for any info!
