It was national, not just GA, because my state TAA person had questioned whether it was just for Georgia.
I think these things are usually factories shutting down due to jobs going to Mexico or wherever, so it would be a one off thing with everyone present, so in our case it is a bit more difficult, but you would think they have to comply with that in some form.
