When I spoke to the TAA Special Programs Unit guy he asked if we got notification and I explained the only way I knew about the TAA petition certification at all was from this forum.
I think once you are laid off your employer is supposed to notify you of that TAA certification and DOL is supposed to send you notification too and a TA720 form. Why do I suspect coordination between Nuance and DOL is not happening?
