What they told me is that when a company gets TAA certified, they are supposed to send a letter to ALL employees, even those still working. But they said it's a weird situation because it was filed in Georgia, so they aren't sure if maybe Nuance only had to notify those in that state. They saw the certification below that had been denied from the Mass. address and said I should prove my company is the Atlanta one, so glad I had printed out old pay stubs from ADP with the Atlanta address on it. I'm sure they are all one in the same, but the employment agency doesn't know that.
