Could she mean ALF?
The whole context is as under
"Our biggest concern is that she is weak and has really end-stage disease for her B-cell lymphoma. She lives at home with her son. She has been on hospice twice in the past. He agrees to be on home health. Does not wish to be on <____________0:51> nor hospice. He wants to take care of her and be able to help her have all the care that she needs in the future."
