The writing was on the wall the very day I was released from QA. Immediately things turned south as far as treatment. No way do I need this kind of stress. I already worked another job so I put more into where I am treated well than where I am not treated well. Simple law of attraction and production. Management of these places need to know you catch more flies with honey. We MTs work hard and less pressure, more lines and better production. More pressure well you get the rest. Disappointed as I thought this was a good one.
