I didn't get a response from Payroll. On my last email to them, I cc'd Human Resources and threatened to make a claim with the department of labor if I didn't have a resolution by a certain date. Human Resources didn't have any info on me since I have a new manager. My manager wrote to HR and Payroll with my number of hours and I finally got a response yesterday about the bonus. It will be in my next check.
