I made the required 8 hours/day for 5 consecutive days, even putting 8 hours in on my day off and missing out on a lot of holiday events with my family. I still didn't get the bonus, and every email questioning it has gone ignored. How on earth did you manage to get a response?
I'm sorry, though, that you didn't get the bonus either. This is beyond frustrating.
