They always have an excuse to avoid taking any responsibility for their failure or the company's issues.
Maybe if you'd provide the correct instructions or do things the right way first time around, you wouldnt have to trot out the lame excuse every time you're asked the same question multiple times.
So easy to blame the MT instead of being responsible.
