I do not bother complaining to my TSM about anything as I figure she is powerless to do anything and those with the power really do not care about my complaints. However, if I was told that, I would have to say that I completely agree, Nuance is not a good fit for me. It is like a pair of jeans that do not fit well and are unflattering, you keep them for a while, often far longer than you should, but at some point, enough is enough and you choose to unburden yourself.
