Now, is the AHR from July or June. I have an email which states from June which is before the attack. I have another from states from July. The beginning or end or which of these months? When was the stop and start date for the 1.5x AHR.
I unfortunately live in a low mininum wage state so this is not panning out for me at all as far as claims go. I do believe I was robbed the 1.5 and depending on which month they are calculating for AHR I am getting robbed there also. I am not going to continue to work if I don't know the wage I am supposed to be making just to help them get caught up and keep what they have if anything. Several emails unanswered and TSM is of no help.
Any breakdown or help would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone pursuing a civil suit. Is a class action possible? I know I am not the only one out here that is close to foreclosure constantly thinking about how to get out of it [obviously a new job] but I mean as far as getting what is deserved.
