I definitely wouldn't expect a response from her. She doesn't answer emails 99.9% of the time. I have no idea what her problem is, but she is very unprofessional in that regard. I remember when I very first started working there and I had a few questions specifically for her, ones that the person training me couldn't answer, and I had to send probably 6 or 7 emails over the course of at least a week before I FINALLY received a response. I'm pretty sure that she just got sick of me emailing her so many times, so she finally decided to respond. If you don't hear back from her, you're not missing out on anything great. I certainly don't miss it at all! Where I work now, my boss actually answers my emails and even text messages!
