I replied to their ad with a few questions, but got no response, so thank you for taking the time to post some information. The owner sounds like the twin sister of the owner of a different company I worked for a couple of years ago...almost to the T. Only our owner's emails were in red ink and all capped when she was not a happy camper...lol.
