Which we don't. If they ask people to accept this as the incentive/bonus due and you sign off, then that's one thing, but if it is deposited in your account you can just take note and figure out the difference in what you SHOULD have got and send in your complaint to DOL with it all figured out.
I do not think they can claim you accepted the inferior payment if it's just deposited in your account. There is really no way to refuse it anyway.
Most of us got $10-30 initially and we thought that was a joke or part payment, but no that was apparently payment for the holiday of July 4th. Whatever, it was woefully lacking and I do not see there's any way Nuance can claim we accepted anything like the incentives/bonuses they promised us, no matter what they do.
Unless, that is, they actually pay us what they owe us.
