Nuance sent me prepaid UPS or FedEx stickers, plus a list of things to return/keep; no boxes. Ditto when I left MM years ago. If you quit, you *should* receive the same stuff. Then again, N is trying to recoup their transcription losses, so it wouldn't surprise me if they place the cost of return on us.
