So I got offered a job doing transcription for a 5 doctor oral surgeon office. Never did oral surgery notes before, hopefully I will pick it up fast. It's a temp to hire position. I'm a little nervous since I've been working at home for about 18 years now, but I couldn't really pass it up. Good benefits, starting at $14/hour, cheap, good insurance, PAID HOLIDAYS!, and even paid birthday. I really hope it works out for me so I can tell Nuance to shove it. I'm not going to quit Nuance until I see how everything works out.
