This is why Nuance gets away with this.
Unfortunately it is too often true that there are employees who would take the abuse and low pay rather than face leaving. I couldn't do that to myself. $12 an hour is not that hard to come by as far as other online jobs goes. I did it and crawled out of the misery.
As long as there are people willing to take the abuse, then affecting any positive changes will be a lot more challenging.
