OOW every weekend - Susan Travis

This happens to me every weekend from Friday evening through at least Sunday morning, sometimes no work all weekend, and I'm thinking it's because they have to pay quite a differential for weekend evenings so every Friday all the work goes to India! Anyone else have this problem?
