I don't work for Nuance, but does anybody wonder if they maybe are going to be getting out of the actual transcription business? They will keep and sell/lease their programs, but maybe for them this was their wakeup call? I hope they can readjust and get things back rolling again; but they need to assure their customers they have "fixed" their cyber security issues, and I'm not sure they have nor will do it......And that is very, very sad.
