What a lot of people apparently don't know is that the company cannot tell a dictator/facility what to do. The CRMs, PCs, and HDSMs can definitely reach out to them and tell them what is going on and how it is affecting the quality of the reports they get and offer ways to fix or improve it (such as new equipment for those types of issues or dictator education) but whether the client actually does anything about it or not is completely and totally out of the company's hands. As an MT, it is our job to do the best we possibly can with what we are given and keep in mind the PATIENT at the end of this report.
This entire string of conversation, even if JK, is very concerning and I sincerely hope it is just letting off steam!
