I would love to have had a phone call like that, I would have asked exactly that - WHY are the dictators allowed to do it and make our lives more difficult and frustrating, and not a dam thing is ever said about it to help us. I wouldnt have put up with any pussyfooting around, I would have demanded an answer and not give up until I got one.
And I would have been recording the whole call to document how they avoid answering any honest questions.
But the minute any of YOU management get that same treatment, Woo Boy, all H-E-X breaks loose and WE are threatened with immediate termination.
Shove it.
