Can any of us honestly afford to hire an attorney for this, though? Many of us are out a few hundred dollars, which would not even come close to paying an attorney to fight this. I'm sure Nuance knows this, and knows none of us will do anything. I think the only way we are going to get satisfaction is to pool resources and file class action, but I'm unfamiliar with how to go about it.
