I believe all MTSOs have their share of poor dictators, so was surprised to see so many M*Modal MLS complaining about the poor quality of the Nuance accts they took on. IMO, it is an indicator of how N became one of the top MTSOs: Underbid everyone regardless of the quality of dictation equipment and/or dictators and let the MLS take the financial hit, not the client.
