I work for 2 MTSOs to whom Nuance outsources. We were told last week a couple of large accounts would be starting this week. So far, neither has started. These MTSOs have to staff and prepare for these large accounts.
Will the MTSOs allow Nuance to manipulate them, as well, for their own bottom dollar?
Only time will tell.
