They won't pay any incentives, ever, obviously, but the basic pay they will pay.
Why do you think you are working for free? Or do you mean the incentives?
I have given up on getting any incentives, but I will file a claim with DOL and State Attorney General. It's a pain in the neck, but I have to try.
