Honestly, if I had a dollar for every instance recently where a doctor starts a sentence, then their tongue trips for a moment and they start again with a sentence that's the same sentiment but just different wording, I'd be a gazillionaire. It'd be less frustrating listening to Porky Pig dictate  Just make up your mind, dagnabbit!
