Does anyone know if the new ICs they hired even had to take a transcription test? Holy cow!! I had 11 reports, from 4 different ICs, that I had to do 100% QA on because of critical errors found while listening to reports sent to QA for blanks. Not even one of them even tried to follow the CP, as absolutely none of the formatting was followed.
I wish this maddness would end.
