I finally gave my resignation and 2 days later that well deserved bonus came through via email. It still could not persuade me to sit down and work, at all. I even was offered part time status and while I have been asking for part time the past 3 years and always told "no, radiology is full time only", still could not commit. The Universe was tempting me to continue on with minimum wage, I did not waver. Happy to have finally made the decision to end MModal after 17 years. Ciao
