I have not yet decided what my line in the sand is but I am definitely thinking about it. I am asking myself if it is worth it to me and my family for me to try another company if there is not enough work here. I have worked at MModal before, and left when there was no work. When I now read about the pool of around 30 different accounts, I know I just do not want that. If my account has left Nuance, there is a chance I could be on a better account (I have had some good docs) or a worse one. I have not made any decisions yet, and will wait for more information as things level out but depending on the changes, it may be worth just leaving the field all together.
