I had emailed payroll because I get a very high minimum wage. I can't believe I am still here...LOL Anyway, I found out that the bonus will be chipped away by the makeup pay. I think this LPH incentive will actually help that situation. I can't believe I am saying this but it will take less bonus away if you make the extra money for the line count over and above target. Are they actually being fair or that desperate? LMAO.
