From what I heard from my HDSM was that this line count rate is a new incentive that would be combined with the original one if we were interested. I contacted her about my line rate and was told if I went over that, great, the extra .04 would be added per line over the target. If I didn't make it, it wouldn't cost me the overtime I was working. Hope that helps. To be honest, I'll be impressed if we all get paid what we were told.
What made me angry was the company email about this line incentive. The picture of a wallet with cash fanned out and the sentence "let's join together to save some lives and make some money in the process!" That's pretty disgusting. I'm not "saving lives" either. I type and edit dictation.
