Earlier in the week, I was told I was being transferred and my new TSM would be contacting me. Yesterday started my week started and apparently I have already been transferred judging from the account I am getting. Also, my previous TSM has been efficient and removed me from her group email list. Apparently I was finally added to my new TSM's email list and a group email was sent out regarding the incentive. The email had no contact info, not even her name at the bottom. The only info I have is her email as the sender. No signature block, nada! I'm sure, since it is Friday afternoon, if I send an email, it will go unanswered, at least till Monday. I would like to call so I can understand how she wants the extra incentive time handled!
