I'd think that'd be waived. I could see that dropping to a lower pay rate would be upsetting, but does that have to be?
Over at Nuance in this emergency we're being paid an hourly rate with overtime rates, bonuses, etc., but no mention of meeting lmp goals, at least for our group. Darned good thing too (my production has dropped a bunch), even though I believe most of us working so far are on accounts we worked before.
