Our HDSM sent out an email stating we should not be receiving NJA at all during the incentive period. If we do, we are to notify her so she can check our pools so we will get work. She also stated we have to notify her if we are working extra so she will be able to keep up with who is working it.
I think if I were not getting work and had tried to reach my HSDM with no effect in NJA, I would be VERY tempted to contact her next up in chain of command. I don't know how much trouble this would buy with HSDM in the future, but I would definitely consider doing it if I wanted to work incentive and was getting NJA. Just MHO.
