Come on MM - You have employees who are sitting here with no work and yet you are hiring. We all know you are hiring to help pick up the slack from N; we are not idiots. Why don't you let the already-hired MM employees do their work insstead of hiring more people, IC or otherwise? This is kind of a ridiculous management practice if you ask me. Maybe the DOL needs to hear about this. Hmmm....
