My manager said that these "new accounts" (again,no mention of Nuance) were out NEW additional accounts that came to us because of MModal's "stellar reputation and attention to detail, quick TAT, high quality, etc." However, no information or ADT on these accounts. No info whatsoever about them. I keep getting emails to remember that "there is a real person, a patient, on the other end who needs us." I get that. What I don't get is why we aren't being paid more for our "excellence in service."
