M*Modal did this to me all the time when I worked there. I complained to my manager and was told it's because other teams were behind so we were assigned their work until they could catch up. Then our team's work fell behind and we were "asked" to work later shifts to catch up our accounts. I got tired of working until 2-3 a.m. when my shift was supposed to end at 10 p.m. Also, not OT since I was supposed to "flex" my hours. Screw them.
