I don't understand when MTs get angry when they get a low score. I know that the faster you produce, the more money you make, but lately when I need to pull up reports on a patient to check something like a medication dosage, etc., I have seen too many reports that are just horrible. I saw one the other day that actually had the word "till" in it. The line said, "The patient will wait "till" he sees his primary care doctor. SERIOUSLY? "TILL". This is not FB or Twitter. These are people we are supposed to be helping and not trying to rush through to make a few more dollars.
