This week I submitted a remedy ticket and got the same type of e-mail about I need to change my schedule ASAP. What??? Why??? Because I followed company policy!! Ridiculous. Over the past 20 years with company I've bent over backwards to their demands about changing my schedule that suits THEM, NOT ME and MY FAMILY. This time, I said I cannot change my schedule this time. If this is going to cause me to lose my job, please let me know so that I can find another opportunity.
I am one of the unusual ones. I can find a job somewhere else, but I choose stay because I really enjoy my job. I love medical transcription.
So that's why I stay.
