You have to put in a Remedy ticket and post the 6-minute time frame on your TW with NJA and the Remedy ticket number and state you opted to make up the time the same day before you can just "hang out" and get in your hours. Otherwise, you are going to show up noncompliant between your scheduled hours, TW, and Fluency which would be even a worse scenario.
