Worth protecting, but are they worth reversing? I don't use customer service much, but the only ones I know who are still domestic are:
Apple
Discover
Charter/Time Warner
There must be more since they are quoting 5 million but those statistics are pretty amazing.
Tens of millions unemployed? The unemployment rate in January was 4.9%, that's actually pretty low and don't know how many millions of people that actually is but probably not "tens of millions."
