I work on a different platform, but had problems with accounts auto pending, which also drove my QC% off the roof. I fought them for about a week, and ended up getting every single one of those taken off my QC%. They CAN go back and redo your percentage. This has happened to me more than once, and I've gotten them removed each and every time. Now if I could just figure out a way to get my 10% of lines back each pay period, I'd be happy.
