I am essentially putting out a call for solid information. If shining the light caused information to come to light that would show me that you are right, I would be very relieved. Still living in poverty but relieved. We have been lied to repeatedly, so forgive me for thinking the enforcement of HIPAA laws is at the bottom of the list here
